Homes can only be held after all applications have been approved and all funds have been received. Security Deposit is equal to one month's rent. First month's rent, security deposit and any other fees must be paid prior to move-in.
Yes, the security deposit is refundable, however, if tenant damages are found after move-out, the amount of the repair will be withheld.

Yes. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250. Max 3 pets allowed per household. No vicious breeds. Additional monthly pet fees may apply.
