LEASING REQUIREMENTS

Applications are approved based on requirements on credit score, rental history, income, bankruptcy, references and criminal history. Negative items do not automatically disqualify you but we reserve the right to make decisions based on overall history. 

OTHER FACTORS

Any application that contains inaccurate information will be automatically denied.

  • The standard lease term is 1 year, with additional options available upon renewal.

  • Anyone over the age of 18 residing in the property must apply and be listed on the lease agreement as a tenant, providing valid identification.

  • If there are outstanding balances on any utility bills (gas, water, or power), proof of a zero balance will be required.

  • Application fees must be paid prior to full approval.

  • Co-signers/guarantors may only be utilized in cases of substandard credit or insufficient rental history.
