TENANT INFORMATION

Rent Payment Method
Our online portal allows you to conveniently make secure payments from the comfort of your home. Choose between automatic payments or one-time payments using various methods: ACH (Electronic Transfer) with no convenience fee, debit/credit card payments with a 4% fee per transaction.
Tenant Portal
The tenant portal gives you 24/7 access to your account from any device, anytime. Submit work orders, manage your account, pay your rent, and much more. To access the tenant portal go to the Tenant Tab on our website and then "Tenant Portal"
Rent Payment Policy
- Pay rent by the 1st of every month. - A 10% late fee applies after the 5th. - Payment not received by the 10th of the month, a notice will be posted to your door. - You will have until the expiration of the notice period to remit payment in full. Failure to do so may result in further action.
Contact Information
Keeping your contact information up to date is important as we use this information to communicate with you regarding work orders, lease renewals, and other things. Use your tenant portal to update your contact information to ensure you receive all important communications.
Lease Renewals
Renewal notifications will be sent 90 days in advance. Please submit Notice of Intent to Renew or Vacate at least 60 days prior to your lease expiration date.
Work Orders
If you require maintenance, simply log in to your tenant portal to submit a work order. Work orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will be handled as quickly as possible.
