Do you have a license?
Yes, High Point Realty is a fully licensed brokerage in the state of Alabama.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Birmingham, Huntsville, Talladega and surrounding areas.
What is included in my fee?
We charge 8% of the monthly rent. This fee covers rent collection, maintenance coordination, tenant communication and investor reporting.
How do I get paid?
Direct deposit is available and funds are sent around the 15th of each month.
What are the lease terms?
Typical lease term is 1 year. Other options are available on a case by case basis.
What is the placement fee?
We charge 50% of the monthly rent rate as a placement fee.
